What Lupus Symptoms Bother You the Most?

I think the two that annoy me the most are the hip problems (I'm 23 and can barely walk at times) and the invisible itching

Joint pain, bone on bone arthritis in my right knee, I'm 41, muscle spasms, loss of appetite, severe fatigue, doctors not taking my pain or symptoms seriously.
