Dealing with Body Pain after Vaccination with Lupus Nephritis

So I have stage 3 lupus nephritis and I just got vaccinated a few days ago. My body went through unimaginable pain and even before i got the vaccine my body pain has been getting worse. What do you guys do to help ease the body pain a little?

I’m in stage 5 Lupus Nephritis & yes it hurts. I go to the CHRIOPRACTOR and it feels good. She’s very gentle but she works on all my body issues!!!!

Is your body pain overall muscle aches or joints or both? I use heating pad and alternate ice packs for my neck and shoulder because it is muscle pain and pinched nerve due to inflammation pressing on the nerves. My knees and lower back I only use heat and OTC aspercreme and ibuprofen. I’m not supposed to be taking the ibuprofen but refuse to take prescription pain meds for personal reasons. It’s a no win but hey, you do what you gotta do.

It’s definitely both. I have my boyfriend press on my back every night and last night when he was pressing around my kidney area it hurt really bad. I’m not supposed to take ibuprofen either so i recommend tylenol rapid extra strength! It’s a little expensive but it’s the only pain pill that actually works for me. Have you ever used a muscle gun?
