Dealing with Chronic Dry Mouth and Eyes with Lupus

Does anyone else with lupus deal with chronic dry mouth and eyes? It's leading to tooth decay no matter how hard I try to fight.

Have you been tested for Sjogrens? Sounds like it could be that (or could just be lupus related). Unfortunately once you have one autoimmune disease, more tend to start popping up 😔

I've had chronic dry mouth and eyes for years. I started using artificial tears and a mouth spray to help with moisture. I have major issues with my teeth and decay. My front 4 teeth are fake due to these issues. ❤️
