Dry everything lol. I also struggle with anxiety so I chew gum. I stopped for about a year, but my teeth/mouth problems got bad real quick. Back to gum. Even if I don't actively chew it, having something in the mouth activates the saliva glands.

I have it pretty bad, it's started to break down my teeth. I always keep water on hand, and my doctor prescribed a medical mouth spray that stimulates saliva to help.
