Need help managing urticaria triggered by heat and pressure

Hi, I’ve been struggling with urticaria since the end of 2021. It’s triggered by heat and pressure for me. Does anyone have ways of dealing with it that work well for you?

most with urticaria take what is called the "Z/Z" combo. It is Zyrtec (ceterizine) and Zantac (famatodine). Go by your doctor's advice. However, I go to the Mayo and they have me take 4 zyrtec a day and 2 Zantac. I also receive a shot called Xolair and have been prescribed what is called cromolyn sodium to use with meals. One med that surprisingly helped me was anxiety meds. They prescribe Hydroxyzine as an antihistamine, although it is used to treat anxiety. I actually had better results with a different anxiety med, I can't remember off the top of my head, but it does work, regardless of anxiety diagnosis. Make sure you are going to a proper professional. There is only so much you can do without a prescription. If you want holistic, visit a chiropractor who performs both NAET and NET. I had best success when I had both of these done together.

Antihistamines(Zyrtec, Benadryl, Claritin). Coldness, like ice the area or take a very cold shower and stay in there a while, or use the AC(put it as cold as it can get & keep it cold for a while).
