Struggling with Lowering My Invega Shot Dose

Hi all I haven’t posted in a while iv been super out of it lately with lowering my invega shot from the highest dose it has to a step down lower dose is 234 mg to 156 mg it’s horrible the way o feel

Hey i was on that invega injection, i didn't like it. I was in bed alot and didn't want to do anything. It was bad
