I find that doing some form of exercise or just simply walking when your sugar is high brings it down when exercise done for 30 minutes. Example: if I cheat on my meal I check and it like 2 hundred and something that too high. I quickly get on my exercise bike for 30 minutes and when I check it goes down to 120 and the rest I can walk it off. If I take another metformin to drop it I find it drop too fast and I am force to bring it up by eating and that’s not good because I try to eat less not more. Exercise is better than taking another pill for me.

One Victoza injection each day. It’s expensive, even with Insurance.
