Well I'm still working on it. But my doctor told me to eat more fruits and veggies. So I'm always eating fruits and veggies that I'd eat; cucumbers, corn, apples, clementines, celery w/ peanut butter, etc. So I recommend finding fruits and veggies that you like to eat, that you don't mind eating. Stock up. Pack some fruit in your lunch for school or work or whatever and plenty of veggies with your dinner. Eat light for breakfast. I was also told to work out more and cut out the sweets and the booze. I only have one sweet per day sometimes I'll sneak an extra one every once in a blue moon and only a few beers every month or two. I've never had a problem with alcohol, but I used to drink a lot. Now I almost never drink. And just find 5-10 mins in the morning and at night to do a quick work out. Whether you full blown go to the gym, just a quick job, or just a set of pushups and sit ups. Something to get the blood flowing and oxygenated. Make the time, and I promise you'll feel better. I swear by this. I've only been at it 3 months, and I definitely feel a little better. It takes more than 3 months to get better that's the only reason I say that. I cut out vapes too for the extra measure. I hardly ever vape now, if at all. Sorry for the lengthy message. I hope it was helpful man.
