I've had great success with Acupuncture. Long story short, I was on blood pressure meds for over a decade. Went through some pregnancy stuff... and started Acupuncture for that. Awesome "side effect" = I no longer needed meds for hypertension. I've been off the meds for 3 years, go to Acupuncture about every 3 weeks, and my blood pressure is always around 118/79. On medication, I was lucky to sit around 128/80. The only change has been Acupuncture, so I'm certain this must be the reason.

Check out KWAI blood pressure, I am on meds for very high blood pressure which is genetic but this stuff seems to work better, it has everything specifically for blood pressure and it seems to work after 3 weeks for me

Ensure you're getting adequate hydration, activity, and rest/sleep. Also, monitor the amount of saturated fats and sodium you ingest. Stress management plays a large role in BP regulation.
