I've had great success with Acupuncture. Long story short, I was on blood pressure meds for over a decade. Went through some pregnancy stuff... and started Acupuncture for that. Awesome "side effect" = I no longer needed meds for hypertension. I've been off the meds for 3 years, go to Acupuncture about every 3 weeks, and my blood pressure is always around 118/79. On medication, I was lucky to sit around 128/80. The only change has been Acupuncture, so I'm certain this must be the reason.

Check out KWAI blood pressure, I am on meds for very high blood pressure which is genetic but this stuff seems to work better, it has everything specifically for blood pressure and it seems to work after 3 weeks for me
Ensure you're getting adequate hydration, activity, and rest/sleep. Also, monitor the amount of saturated fats and sodium you ingest. Stress management plays a large role in BP regulation.

Some natural suggestions to lower blood pressure include regular exercise, dietary changes such as reducing salt intake and avoiding processed foods, and stress reduction techniques like yoga or meditation. Consuming beet supplements, hibiscus tea, chamomile tea, lavender, and probiotics have also been suggested. However, it's important to consult with a healthcare professional before making any significant changes to your lifestyle or diet.
