my lower back is killing me! I have disc bulges and it gets worse and worse! I find myself walking and standing bent over and I can barely walk through the bathroom. they almost cry having to walk around in the grocery store even for a few minutes! I saw a chiropractor that didn't help at all... and I recently saw a doctor that is supposed to be sending me referrals but that could take weeks! is there anything I can do to alleviate this horrible lower back pain? What works.. what *doesn't work..
