Lower Back and Chest Pain - Seeking Remedies

I have a pain in my lower back right side right above my hips also pain in my chest. right side right below the neck. this has a small bump I can feel. Has anyone had this before. I would like to hear some remedies. it hurts to bend over and use my right arm to lift heavy objects.

I agree that the back pain could be the kidneys. I do feel you should get the small bump looked at because there are many things it could be that need emergency care. I had a small bump on my temple that I thought was a small pimple. Within three weeks it was the size of an eraser on a pencil and it was a Sarcoma cancer that had to be removed. I don’t want to scare you but the sooner your checked out the better you are.

You should get medical attention. Maybe an Urgent Care Clinic or ER as recommended by Chitownlady.

I would recommend seeing your PCP or a trip to the ER. Chest pain is nothing to ignore! Good luck to you!
