Struggling to Lower My A1c for My Driver's License

A cgm has helped me lower my a1c from 8 to 7.4 currently! More to go.

It's not easy and takes a lot of work, but you can figure it out. I promise I'm not affiliated with them, but the podcast Juicebox Podcast is pretty damn good. I have been told to listen to it for a while and just checked it out. 28 years type 1 and I am learning still.

My A1c was really high until I got a cgm, now I can keep it around 6 much much easier.

Facebook has really good td1 groups.

Better control. I have an insulin pump and a constant glucose meter. I used to have to stick my finger 10 times a day or so and write down when I tested and what my sugar levels were. Plus how much insulin I took.
