Low TSH but Normal Everything Else - Temporary?

I was told this is possibly either thyroiditis, subclinical hyper or something that will go away on its own, still have testing to do and have seen the endocrinologist once. has anybody ever had low tsh but everything else be normal and it be temporary?

Last month, my tsh was low and everything else was normal. I haven’t had it checked since then, but I’m seeing an endocrinologist this week.

I was diagnosed with subclinical and it has gotten better over the months. I do take supplements but no medication
