Does anyone else here struggle with low sodium because or their desmopressin and cortisol deficiency? I'm finding myself throwing once every fortnight in the morning (still managing to work), and all day about once a 1 -3 months. It's really crushed me not being able to manage my health, even after dealing with hypopituitarism for over 8 years now. Any tips on something I can take when I'm feeling a bit low? I'm really struggling and I don't know what to do

One user mentioned that they struggle with managing their water intake due to Diabetes Insipidus and take desmopressin as well. However, there are no specific tips provided for dealing with low sodium in the context given. It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional for personalized advice on managing your condition.
