Looking for Low Impact Workouts at Home

Hiya, I'm new here. Does anyone have any advice on low impact workouts that can be done at home with little space? My fibromyalgia has been flaring up pretty bad lately so I can only do very gentle exercise right now. I also live in an apartment so I can't do anything that involves jumping or anything else that would make a lot of noise downstairs. thank you <3

I love fitnessblender.com. if you go to the search function you can filter for only low impact, by difficulty, and by what kind of workout, all for free. I used them for years. Best of luck ☺️

I have an elliptical. It’s a beast, yet gentle. Maybe the small stepper with some light weights. Gentle stretching and yoga is also wonderful.

I strongly recommend looking into yoga—especially yin and chair yoga! You can find some really good stuff on YouTube (Yoga with Adriene is one of my faves). You can also get hand weights in as low as a 1lb increment, depending on where your strength is at, that you can do tons of different exercises with. There are also tons of stretches and exercises you can do (especially for core strength) just on the floor. Things like leg raises, bridges, countless types of crunches. Depending on your pain level and pain points, there are also lots of modified exercises out there.

You could try stuff involving resistance bands! They take up tiny tiny space and you can use them for strengthening and stretching!
