so I need to start doing some more exercise, but with my chronic pain, my doc said it needs to be low impact. what are your fave low impact ways to exercise? preferably with no/minimal equipment, and able to be done in a small space/apartment building. TYIA!

I know someone who watches tv and mimics walking while doing it until he feels uncomfortable. Got a good result, not sure if you can do something like that with your chronic pain.
