Looking for Low FODMAP Diet Suggestions

So I’ve been on a really insanely restrictive diet and am trying to get the courage to add some more of the LOWFODMAP foods back into my diet, does anyone have any suggestions for me?

I interpreted it as if you meant adding higher fodmap foods back in, but if you mean you want to try more low fodmap meals the internet has TONS. a lot of recipes you may already love might be adaptable as well! just google low fodmap food ideas or if you have a certain dish in mind google it along side the words low fodmap. I try to make sure i get in dairy free yogurt for probiotics and ginger regularly bc they support my stomach.

I am low fodmap. I went on it in 2017 and was not able to add a lot of things back on. They don’t know why and told me not to push it. This might be boring advice but what I can say is to take it super slow. Don’t force it bc that will increase your overall anxiety. If you see a recipe or a food on a menu or something and it’s higher fodmap but it excites you then I’d chose those to start with. But make sure you’re in a place where if it doesn’t work, you’ll be okay emotionally and that you won’t blame yourself/feel foolish. If you get sick, you need to just constantly remind yourself how brave and strong you are. Everyone’s add in journey is different. The highs of when something does work are huge!
