I have a hard time with energy. If i get undisturbed sleep, I usually sleep 14-18 hours. Even if I wake up feeling well-rested, just going out to one store drains all my energy. How do i get more energy? i depend on caffeine to be functional. and yes, i exercise, drink plenty of water, and eat well enough.

I checked your profile, you're on risperidone... That's super common with this med. Have you tried other antipsychotics? Abilify works energizing for me

I've found that iron, B-complex, and magnesium have been helping with my energy levels. I had blood work done last year and found a few deficiencies to know what I needed to work on

I get it. After getting my anxiety under control I now sleep 12-14 hours, vs normal 7-8
So this is me EXACTLY I literally just went to the Dr abt this today and they think I have narcolepsy
Have you talked to your doctor? Sometimes fatigue has an underlying cause. Do you have weight gain or loss, any other things going on?
