I have a hard time with energy. If i get undisturbed sleep, I usually sleep 14-18 hours. Even if I wake up feeling well-rested, just going out to one store drains all my energy. How do i get more energy? i depend on caffeine to be functional. and yes, i exercise, drink plenty of water, and eat well enough.

I checked your profile, you're on risperidone... That's super common with this med. Have you tried other antipsychotics? Abilify works energizing for me

Have you talked to your doctor? Sometimes fatigue has an underlying cause. Do you have weight gain or loss, any other things going on?

I get it. After getting my anxiety under control I now sleep 12-14 hours, vs normal 7-8

I've found that iron, B-complex, and magnesium have been helping with my energy levels. I had blood work done last year and found a few deficiencies to know what I needed to work on
