I have extremely low energy level drops throughout most days, even though I exercise every day, and I eat healthy.. for some reason i still feel off and not sure why.. i have seen a psychiatrist and was told my dopamine is low, was put on medication for it and had to be taken off of it since it dropped my weight too much. Other then that, I’m not sure what the issue is. Last time i had blood work mostly everything was normal other then my A1C level which is pre diabetic

I'm not crazy about eating animal products and that is where you get iron. But I love eating bean and cheese and they do make me feel better

I guess because I get different degrees of depression that I could relate to a lot of this

❤️I struggle with low energy levels also and I personally do not feel what you are facing is depression. Lets not be too quick to jump on that bandwagon. My symptoms also could point to depression but I know that I am not. I do have low iron but have had an iron infusion recently that didnt help. Im now working to find out what other deficiencies there may be that could cause low energy. The search is on.

@kaylashatkin have you personally googled depression to see what all the symptoms are? Because maybe you forgot some things yourself to tell the doctor and then y'all can make a proper decision.
