Has anyone tried low dose naltrexone for Fibromyalgia?

Curious if anyone had tried low dose naltrexone for their Fibromyalgia? I just started a few weeks ago, and while I was skeptical, it has really changed my daily life.

Yes! While my fatigue has improved, it is certainly not gone. I’m taking 0.5mg and it’s improved my pain levels dramatically.

I’ve found it helps tremendously! I still get extreme fatigue though.
