do people have tips for low cost ways to manage POTS, especially in the heat? supplement brands, methods of cooling, adapting activities so I can do them without getting up and down, anything along those lines!

Some low-cost tips for managing POTS in the heat include drinking plenty of water with added salt, using compression socks, taking quick showers while sitting down, carrying pop & shake ice packs, wearing thin fabrics, and using portable fans. Additionally, investing in affordable cooling vests from Amazon or using long-lasting ice packs can help manage body temperature. It's also important to maintain a consistent sleep schedule and have access to salty snacks and water throughout the day.

Along the lines of the Alike Wisdom answer I use the emergency ice packs all the time, if I’m at home I have regular ice packs. I always bring my water bottle if I’m gonna be out longer than an hour, investing in an insulated bottle is so much nicer than a plastic one. If you struggle with hyperhidrosis I’d look at extra strength deodorant or even a prescription one. I bring a cane sometimes to help with the dizziness associated with heat and standing
