I recently found out through a blood test that I have pretty low blood sugar (it was at 56mg and that was after I had mcdonalds for breakfast with Dr pepper) and I think my symptoms have been getting worse?? Also of course I would find this out at a time where I'm trying to make healthier food choices... I'm feeling very dizzy even when I'm not moving and I'm constantly so tired and therefore unmotivated to do anything.. Does anyone have any suggestions? Things to eat? I'm pretty new to this...
