how do I tell the difference between low blood pressure and low blood sugar? I didn't eat enough yesterday and over exercised but also take prazosin. it seems like coffee made things worse but I just feel faint and out of it

Blood sugar close to 70 or below is dangerous sp be careful
@Roseflower thank you, I have no way to test it but I'm cutting some habits out because I don't want to feel this terrible again hh. I'm trying to eat as much carbs as possible and relax
I get woozie from low blood sugar, and drinking something with some sugar and sitting down and relaxing does it for me. But one giveaway that it could be the pressure are headaches or feeling dizzy from blood pressure š©
I get this feeling too. For me I've always thought of it as low blood sugar because I will feel dizzy. Usually sitting down and eating helps me feel back to normal
