Dealing with Low Back Pain and Numbness in Right Leg

I've had the same thing happen to me I had a Vertiflex spacer implant,so far so good!

Do gentle low back, hip and thigh stretching and put roll of towel on the back when sleeping might help

We have having sciatica and multiple disc bulges...I don't want to take MRI because claudiophobia....

I had something like this it has gotten worst, the SI joint. Mine misalignes and makes walking difficult. My feet are now numb and burn, I'm not a diabetic. Pt didn't work for me, stil loking for something that works.
