Another post but I feel like I’m the only person who understands true love. Unconditional no matter what. My therapist told me my version of love is “skewed” because I shouldn’t love someone so much it destroys me. But isnt that what love is about? People say all the time love can make you do crazy things. If love is so powerful why shouldn’t it be able to ruin my life? And if it isn’t love than what is it? Obsession maybe. But at this point I don’t care anymore. I believe my ability to love unconditionally and let it destroy me is one of my gifts. Not a lot of people can love like that. I literally put my life in their hands and if they destroy it then so be it. I personally couldn’t imagine someone loving me this much.
