Loud Joints and Stiffness: Anyone Else?

Does anyone else have very loud joints? They’re always stiff especially in the morning doctor said it’s polyarthraglia as there aren’t any obvious signs of inflammation like redness or swelling, but it’s all of my joints and has been for years and I’m very young. Fingers, wrists, elbows, neck, spine, hips, knees, ankles, toes literally everything stiffens lots and cracks so loudly like they’re locked in place and have to snap it can be quite painful, not excruciating pain ever but uncomfortable always, and it makes people around me freak out when my neck cracks as I turn to look at them or something. I have achy muscles too but the joints has been a problem for so long and I’ve not heard anyone else talk about it before like all of the joints and the noise they make specifically. It’s been getting worse since I was about 13.

I definitely do, lol, the first thing I do in the morning is brace my arms on something and twist to crack my spine, and my joints can be pretty loud throughout the day too, for example, if I walk down the stairs, by ankles pop loudly a few times, lol
