Lost without a therapist, seeking affordable options

So my therapist recently quit and my psychiatrist is LDS based (not a bad thing she just doesn’t agree with my coping mechanisms) and I feel very lost. I don’t know what disorders I have anymore and I don’t know how to talk about my emotions with anyone. I hate finding new therapists and I don’t have the money honestly… does anyone know of any affordable therapy? (I’m open to outside healing practices as well)

      I say not a good thing. Especially if therapy is doctrine based. Most lds are homophobic and raised with racist doctrine. And purity culture so could judge you on so many things. If your lds go for it. But a therapist raised in a cult not a good mix. I learned from experience when I was teenager.

      Betterhelp is a useful resource since they do have good therapists, and it's not on the expensive side of therapy. I just hope I can help out, as it seems you could use a helping hand. Know that you're not the only one out there!

      It sounds bad but I've tried better help before I only stopped because I was borderline broke but they do really help it's just a suggestion you don't have to get them if you don't want to
