Help! I've lost my voice for over a month now

ok so here's the thing...I'm a 33 yo female and within the past 6months, out of nowhere, I will lose my voice for about 2 weeks and then it would come back, a few weeks would go by and it would happen again. This has now been ongoing and gotten to the point where it's been over a month now and my voice is still gone. I have a bit of sinus issues aka mucus going on but not much that seems concerning. I don't feel sick or ill at all, just frustrated because people are having such a hard time understanding me. And I love talking and it's killing me not being able to communicate like I want to. I absolutely hate doctors and hospitals so have been avoiding going due to my stubbornness and the fact it seems silly to go over a lost voice with no other symptoms like fever or anything. Any suggestions on what's going on or how I can possibly DIY at home remedies. Any suggestions at all help. Thanks in advance.

My mother in law have allergies and sinus issues. She loses her voice for about a week when the pollen hits. I would suggest seeing a doctor because yours have been going on a while. Better to be safe 🙏
