Has anyone ever lost sensation in their lady parts due to heartbreak and emotional/psychological abuse? I’m struggling so much, no doctors know what this is or how to fix it. It’s been 3 years now, going on 4.

@BrokenBunny this has happened to me, periodically throughout my life. I would look into C-PTSD/ PTSD responses. I have PTSD from sexual abuse, and have also read a few articles about how those with sexual abuse specifically around their genitalia tend to loose sensation. Hope this helps!

I mean never long term but I believe women typically have their intimate urges and "feeling" controlled a lot by emotions and mental health. If you have been traumatized and are still struggling with it and with trust that could be why. It's hard to really enjoy intimacy when you don't feel emotionally or mentally safe.

@RoxieRedfox Thank you for the reply. I definitely agree. But this situation is unlike I’ve ever heard, there’s nothing about it online and it happened suddenly when I was trying to pleasure myself while I was dissociating… Next thing I knew all my sensation down there was gone, and it’s been that way ever since…
