Does 25 mg work for awhile then have to be upped ? Or do you not feel better till you get to the right dose ?

I'm on 100 mg twice a day. No brain fog.

Zoloft is sertraline yes

I had the brain fog before I started my meds

I have the heavy fog as well. mostly with things I am doing in the moment. I am on 150mg/day and although it's helped my mood, the brain fog is frustrating as anything.

What dose are you on ?

I have some brain fog but not much. My brain can't hold onto thoughts for long. Like if I'm telling my husband something and he interrupts with something non related to my topic I forget the topic completely. But am able to function better and get things done. Before I had trouble getting out of bed, bathing, even feeding myself. I am now able to do those things, even if I don't feel like it I can talk myself into it. I feel like as I'm on it longer I might lose some of the brain fog. I've only been on Zoloft for 2 months. Since starting it I have not had a major breakdown or thought about suicide.
