What do I do when I've lost all sense of empathy? I never thought too much about it till recently, but I've noticed more and more that I genuinely don't care how other people feel. For the most part, I just say what I've heard other people say, or what I think I'm supposed to say in a certain situation. I can't tell anymore if I'm just "reading a script" like that, or if I actually care and mean what I say. Thinking about this makes me feel less and less human every day.

@NervousDepresso does it mean nothing that there are people here, reading about your pain, and wishing it would be better for you then? does it fall on you to decide whether you being here means something to me or not? only i can tell you what you being here means to me, and i say that it matters. you aren't a negative impact on my life. and even if your life would no longer be your problem, your death would be. i understand that you don't feel like fighting. i get that the fight so feels like an unending road. but i'm still cheering for you regardless. because your being here matters.

you're still here, alive, feeling emotions, and telling us precisely about this worry. that makes you very much a human. keep fighting. i'm cheering for you. ♡

@SourLemons you're cheering for nothing. I'm not fighting. I'm not trying. I'm just sitting and wallowing in my own self hatred and loneliness. Yes, I'm here, I'm alive, but to no end. I either mean nothing in people's lives, or I'm a major negative impact on them. I don't think the world or people would be better off if I was dead. I don't care. I honestly don't believe that my death would mean anything to anyone. But even if it did, I really don't care. The point of wishing I was dead is that nothing would matter anymore. I wouldn't exist, so nothing would he my problem.
