I have the implant too (my second one actually) and it’s been about 5 years with it on top of the medications I take. From my own research, I can honestly say that the hormones in conjunction to our own body’s natural chemistry and makeup reek havoc on our bodies AND emotions. I lost about 80 pounds Over the course of 4 years and it’s been a huge struggle with keeping myself healthy and happy. My OB was very reluctant to take mine out which makes me extremely pissed off and concerned since it’s my body, so I’ll need to find another doctor probably who listens to my wishes.

Mine is 10mg. I take straterra as well, and I have a birth control implant in my arm, not sure which one of the 2 are affecting it

Yeah. Progesterone, especially alone, really messes with my appetite (I have to take HRT. The pill’s placebo week made everything worse so I switched forms). Have you considered trying another method of contraceptive?

Yeah, I gained a bit, and it won't go away. I am trying to see if its that or something else it could be the birth control implant too

I didn’t gain weight with escitalopram, but that’s just me. It actually helps my relationship with food, which women with ADHD notoriously struggle with. But everyone is different.
