A brisk walk for 30 minutes a day would be easy to do, but help you slowly build up heart and muscle strength to help with the blood pressure. Once you have enough strength, move onto cardio, such as treadmills, but go at your pace. I do a jog/run for 1 minute, then rest until my BP goes back down (usually 2 mibs) and keep this cycle for as long as 20 minutes
