so recently I've been trying to lose weight.. but the only things that tend to work are not eating... which obviously isn't good.. and it seems like every time I try to start up a different way I lose motivation too quickly for anything to be effective.. I'm 5'3 and 200lbs.. anyone have any suggestions or anything that'll help...? I feel like PCOS may be affecting it too..

One suggestion from a person with PCOS is lifting weights, as it has been helpful for them in losing weight. They found that cardio didn't work well for them, but serious weight lifting at the gym made a difference. Another suggestion is to try low-intensity cardio, weight lifting, yoga, increasing water intake, and adopting a low sugar, low carb diet. Keep in mind that everyone's body is different, so it's essential to find what works best for you.
