anyone able to listen for a bit? it's hard to journal for me cause it makes me feel worse a lot of the time, but if I say the same things to a person then I feel like... it's different? but I don't know anyone to talk to about this stuff in life right now who I think can emotionally handle it and I don't want to bring anyone down.

      It's hard for me to journal sometimes too. I write it down,then I get up and walk away from my journal after I'm done writing in it. When I'm feeling better, I go back and re-read my entries and try to understand what I was feeling at that time compared to what I feel now about what I wrote at that time....I hope this makes sensešŸ™

        @Gwen71 so sorry itā€™s taken so long to actually respond to this at all. I started doing this and it helped a LOT! I started going back to it and making ā€œeditors notesā€ saying what lines of thinking were constructive and what was destructive, and going further into why I have certain thought patterns, and it actually also helped my therapist as well! Thank you!
