I'm looking for either a paper planning system or software that can help me organize my life. The issue is, most planners focus on productivity, work and things like budgeting and exercising, none of which are relevant to me as a disabled person who doesn't work. My main goal is for this to help me stay on track for my goals without any pressure but just as a reminder to combat my ADHD which tends to start a hundred projects and never finish any. I also need to stay on top of my health goals. Any suggestions?

I really like using Notion, which has a desktop and a phone option and is easy to use as a sort of customizable “mission control” (i have a page in there that’s links to all of my health portals, and another that’s a database of foods i can drag-and-drop to different days of the week for meal planning). it takes some time to set up on the front end though. if you prefer paper and are a visual learner I also really like Planner Pads!

Try an app called Evernote or if you have an IPhone or an android phone use your notes app 😊

I recommend reading "Order from Chaos" by Jaclyn Paul. She's someone who has ADHD who outlines her organization system in the book, which is a mix of the "Getting Things Done" system by David Allen and Bullet Journaling. If nothing else maybe look into bullet journaling! I've found it very helpful

Some users have suggested using the Finch app, which allows you to set tasks and provides a buddy to help you. Another user recommended the Do It Now app, which gives you a task reminder and rewards you with gold coins when you complete tasks. For those who prefer physical planners, one user found it helpful to keep a planner book to write down to-dos and future appointments. Bullet Journaling was also suggested as a method that can be personalized to your needs.
