Hello, I'm 40 F from Missouri. Honestly thought I was the only one. Thankful there are others like me. But not thankful your in pain. Dr. Told me I would have to live with my low back pain for the rest of my life. "There's nothing we can do to help, but wait let's cut back on the one thing that does help your pain meds." I'm not addicted to them but they are legally the only thing that helps me sleep with all the pain. Nice to meet all of you

Hi! 32 M, California - I’m glad to see that there’s a community here of people who understand what we’re all going through. This condition can make you feel really lonely and isolated in pain.

Hahaha so true, I don’t have any other friends who can really relate or understand, especially since most days my conditions are “invisible.” Just got out of a two hour soak in the tub with epsom salt and hoping that eases both my pain and poo problems for the evening 😂 how are you feeling today?
