Does anyone have like… this sounds so weird to say out loud but like chew toys? Like I have urges to chew things our I subconsciously do it and like I wanna know if anyone has anything they chew on or have recommendations because I’m destroying a lot of my stuff on accident

I used to kinda chew on some plastic toys, or I would carry baby stuffed animals in my mouth like a mama animal. Do you remember when pizza hut had those Land Before Time Puppets? I had Little foot and I would carry his tail in my mouth like his mom did. It was very satisfying 😊

Yeah! I have sone chew stims, which are little rubber feathers on a necklace that i can put in my mouth. Gum also helps me, especially like gumballs since theyre thicker.

You’re definitely not alone in this!🖤 I have a bunch of different stim items to chew on. I’ve only bought from stimtastic but they no longer sell so I have no specific recommendations unfortunately. I can say that you should consider what kind of chewer you are. Some people need/prefer heavy duty or thicker chew items. For me my needs vary so I have some that are thinner and for less intense chewing and thicker ones for when I’m really stressed. If I’m in public sometimes I use gum as an alternative.

Go to this website called stimtastic. They have very good chewlery and they have different "levels" for ppl who bite/chew harder than others. It's made out of food grade silicone (think like rubber spatulas you use to scrape down bowls when cooking) so it's super safe to chew on and its great.

i use chewlery :) it’s so nice to be able to chew on something without worry of swallowing or chipping teeth, except i have accidentally drooled on myself from it. like a lot

Yeah I have such things.. I like chewing on things but honestly wish I can find better ones so I don't chew on my nails.

@NaliliaRose same. Or I will chew on glass cups if I’m holding one or like the inside of my cheeks or lips

There are these things called Chewlery! A combination of Chew and Jewelry, and its exactly what it sounds like! Necklaces, bracelets, etc that you can chew on! You can find them on Amazon, or some smaller businesses :)

@Cam.lee I’ll definitely look into it!!
