Longest Depressive Episode with Bipolar Disorder?

How long was your longest depressive episode with bipolar disorder? I’m currently going on about 5 months and it’s debilitating. I’m on meds and I’m in therapy but I can’t seem to get myself out of this low. Please let me know I’m not alone in this.

I've been going on 8 months now. I'm on meds and in therapy too but nothing seems to help at all. Walking helps and so does tea but not very much. Nothing gets me out of this funk
