Long-term Use of Xanax, Ambien, and Adderall

Has anyone been on Xanax, Ambien, or Adderall long-term? My doctors warn me of dangers down the line but my prescription cocktail right now is the sweet spot when it comes to treating my conditions.

Xanax here. I used it for panic attacks. I eventually stopped using them by myself, it makes you feel more in control until you maybe don't need it anymore
