Long-term Gabapentin Use for Neuropathy: Seeking Advice

I have small fiber neuropathy and have been taking Gabapentin for 10 years. How do you lower the pain when the medications aren't affective randomly. I also am scared I'm now addicted to Gabapentin. Anyone have any experience in long term use of this drug?

I find medication does not heals it just cover the pain that is western medicine..vit B12 helps with neuropathy have you herd of vit B12 shoots ..good luck
