Long-term Depersonalization: Will it Ever End?

I’ve had it for a few months at a time before. it seems like some sort of cycle but i’m not really sure. i just started again after being good for a good while and am so scared it’ll be long term. I think my fear of this will make it worse and i’m not sure what to do about it

I’m right in that boat with you. I’ve been experiencing it since about 2014 but have only really started to understand it in the past year.

Yes I’m struggling with it now for the past 3 years. Everything seems like a blur and I don’t feel like I’ve aged at all. When it gets really bad I try to get envolved with social events and make plans with friends

Definitely me you have to learn to accept it as it is search for hope always

i know many people have experienced long term depersonalization, personally the longest its ever been for me is a few weeks but i understand how scary the feeling is. remember this is your body and your brain and you are in control even when it doesnt feel like it and you are NOT alone in this feeling.
