My psych put me on it about 2 years ago and I've just recently upped my doses. I take mine for anxiety and I also have been taking it more.

I have been in it for a little over 2 years and it hasn't helped much. I'm just scared to mess with the medications.

I totally understand that. There comes a point where there’s just too many factors and you’re doing OK but not necessarily good, but you’re scared if you mess with anything you’ll go downhill again.

Oh nooo. I used to have terrible panick attacks and Paxil (paroxetine) helped 🙏

I am on Buspirone too. 30mg three times a day. It helps for a little bit. But my anxiety is so bad that I can't tell sometimes that I even took it.
