Best way to treat long Covid?

Every individual is different and the best way would be having more research and doctors more informed. Although there is no treatment in place there are some research suggesting antihistamines helps reduce symptoms. A lot of research is pointing to oxygen not getting to the cells which can cause fatigue and cognitive impairment. And there is research pointing to micro clots and inflammation. Anti-inflammatory diets, helping the circulation system, and other alternative options that can target these areas might help relieve symptoms. However I’m not a doctor haha so please take my advice as a grain of salt. And do whatever that helps you because every individual is different and look at the current research that might seem promising. So far what I’ve seen promising for me is the anti-inflammatory diet, anti-histamine, low dose aspirin, and anything that can help boost the immune system and the gut. But finding what works for you will vary and a bit of experimenting to figure it out. Just be careful on supplements and other things that you buy because they might not do what they say do. And some supplements and chemicals can have aversive reaction when you combine them. So when you start looking what works or have already start with one at a time to see if there is a difference and build up from there.
