Hey, whenever I am alone, I always feel sad. I try to watch tv or play games. Anything to help distracted me. Weed usually helps. But at work or when I don't have any weed with me or can't be high, it suck and everything feels dark and harder to breath. How do you guys cope or help yourself?

      Can you set yourself a certain amount of time to just feel down? If it’s ok and safe for you. Even just five or ten minutes, without trying to fix it, just see what you feel and how it feels in your body. And then try to forget about it and distract yourself. I like to do some progressive relaxation or other meditation type thing sometimes. You can also try visualizing putting some of your concerns and such in some kind of mental container for the moment. And worry about it the next time you’re ready. It sounds very hard to deal with since it’s constant and makes it hard to breathe. Wishing the best for you 💕

        @Ambier If you then aren’t able to use music, something else that’s really helped me for a distraction is sort of just menial and busy tasks. Like organizing stuff that needs organizing (the more stuff the better), cleaning, etc.

      I constantly listen to music when idle at work to keep my head running on its own, but that depends heavily on what you do for work
