Feeling Alone and Misunderstood

I just changed my gp because he really didn't understand my condition and concerns at all. His advice seemed to counter everything I was ever taught about my condition and everything I read about it. I now have a new gp but I've only seen her once so far. She wants to run all her own tests and everything to determine if I have what I'm diagnosed with because I her opinion she wouldn't have diagnosed me the same based off of whatever is in my charts. But apparently things are missing from my chart. Like my nerve mapping and two MRI and my last two women's exams and my last set of exams in August. I shouldn’t be surprised. I just got a letter from my insurance company telling me my clinic has dropped to an average 2.7 stars from 3.2 out of 5 this last year with parking being their best score. You can try a new gp by calling your insurance ans telling them what your complaints are.

I’m sure you can find similar individuals who can identify with you to some degree. There are rare cases out there, perhaps, such as yourself, but so far everyone here has been informative and supportive. Give it a chance. I hope your experience goes well. 🤗
