how do I get rid of this I've done my research but I mainly feel that its temporary in my gut I feel that it's because I'm alone and havent gotten out the house in a while and I dont know any one but my parents irl

I feel you! Do you have a pet? Idk if this helps, but for me, being around people and being alone can make it more prominent. Animals present their own challenges and don’t solve everything, but having a little creature for company relieves some of the problems that come up from being alone without the added complexity/difficulty of being with people! Caring for pets/animals had also really helped me with my own ADLs and grounding myself in care tasks/feelings. I know animals aren’t accessible to everyone, but even a pet-sitting/dog walking side gig has helped me a lot! Hang in there 💛

Could definitely be worsened when you're alone but sometimes it's bad when you're around people too. I know it's worse for me alone and the best thing to do is grounding techniques when it's really bad and distraction.
