I have weird episodes daily too (not sure if it's anxiety or epilepsy related though). My seizures start in the frontal lobe but spread so fast that they're considered generalized. I'm here if you need to vent. 💜

You mean like auras? I have episodes/auras multiple times a week, and they rarely lead to a seizure, but they do once every few years. Usually a flashing light in my eye, a buzzing sound in my head, or tingling in my head. Something like that.
