@pandaqueen matcha powder I think is the best, because you can measure the amount of caffeine you’re taking. 1teaspoon is the amount of a cup of coffee or 2 cups of green tea. I just upped my intake to a teaspoon and a half. I like to mix it with orange juice or limon-aid. It’s also great with fruit and honey. I also sometimes put matcha powder and cake mix in a mug and microwave it to make mug cakes which are really good when you don’t like tea. I’ll also drink just regular green tea, it has less caffeine in it so I have to drink more of it. I personally don’t like it when it’s mixed with milk though. If I need a little caffeine boost I’ll also take some small green tea candies.

I mine's super bad too. I've mentioned to my psychiatrist that the meds only work a little bit but I keep feeling like something is missing. She just accuses me of drug seeking. I know that the literature says that ADHD meds are very effective and that it's critical to find the right drug at the right dose. It is very frustrating

@Atheris what's meds are you on? Mine were working well at the beginning but not so great now. I'm currently on 50mg of Elvanse (lisdexamfetamine dimesylate). Either my dosage needs to be increased again or I need to try something different.
@Atheris that's unfortunate :( You're absolutely right that finding the right meds for you is most important. I hope that you'll be able to find the right medication and dosage for you, and maybe a psychiatrist that is more understanding :')
My family thinks I have ADHD, and we’ve noticed that taking natural stimulants calms me down and focuses my mind. I have to drink green tea everyday because of its natural stimulant properties. 1 teaspoon of matcha or 2 cups of green tea is what I drink every day
@Jelly_JellyFish what kind of green tea do you use?

One user mentioned that they had severe ADHD and found it difficult to carry out day-to-day tasks and focus on things they enjoy. They used to use street drug stimulants to help them focus but have since stopped and are seeking alternative solutions.
