Living with Schizophrenia: My Struggle with Reality

I've had schizophrenia ever since I was 4 but didn't get a name for it till I was 18 or 19 years old. I feel like I've been stable but the episodes are becoming longer and harder to tell the difference in reality

.I got diagnosed at 16 it’s definitely a adjustment. You learn that yes it does it “worse” over time. But have you sought out coping mechanisms or anything.
