Same here, It’s truly hard but it helps that we’re not alone. I just had to quit my job last week, I was the “bread winner” it’s honestly difficult. My anxiety and depression is just weighing me down and feeling guilty that I’m of no use. No help.

I am right there with you guys. I also only put my most difficult conditions. Most days I am not able to function to some extent or another. I want to have what I see as a more "normal" life, but I am always exhausted and in pain.

✋ I'm still trying to balance PTSD and PCOS which it doesn't help with my mental health and all the medication I take

✋ I have multiple medical problems that work against each other. I haven't found a balance yet 😔

Exactly, although my family is understanding. They don’t think that it’s it/ not bad as it seems. It’s just hard, especially mentally when you feel like death is a better option. But I look at my family especially my nephews and nieces and see joy

I’m with you on this and completely relate to you @Doglover25006 I never ever know nowadays if it’s one of my multiple diagnoses causing issues in my personal life or it’s a factor outside of myself. I always feel relieved when I see others are struggling, too, because I’m not alone.

Yes right there with you I have so much overlap in my conditions that it’s anybody’s guess which condition is causing which ailment and something to treat one condition flares another. Some days are okay and others not so much.

I do. It’s annoying as heck. Things that help one problem make another worse and half the time doctors don’t know what to do or say.

That’s how exactly how I feel.. I usually take care of people and it sucks that you can’t do anything to help

I think I have like 20 diagnoses total but I just put my main ones. It is so hard. And I feel everything all of you do. I blame myself, I feel useless, I finally married but I WAS the bread earner so now we struggle which obviously makes everything I have worse. I don't want him to end up being my caretaker or to feel alone, he says he doesn't but I know he has stress he don't share cuz he knows I'm stressing bout it too but I also feel guilty. I started a business from home a few days ago so fingers crossed for me cuz then I can work even on my bad days 🤗❤️

I have severe anxiety PTSD night terrors nightmares panic attacks carcerophobia paranoia and seperation anxiety. so I have a few of these. Yes I do find these quite frustrating and sometimes I blame myself but I know it's not my fault it's just a bad thing that happened wrong place wrong time but I know it'll be okay. You can find a balance between all of them sometimes it's tough for me some days I can't and it's tough to find balance but some days none of them act up at all but I promise you it will all work out!
